Examples of offerings include both a B.S.N. and M.S.N. in Nursing, a B.A. in Allied Health Studies, and an M.S. in Health Care Management. Also offers a program for a combined B.S./M.S. in Food and Nutrition.

Undergraduate degrees include an Associate's in Health Information Technology and Electroneurodiagnostic Technology.
